During my Thanksgiving stay at Lancaster Hanoi Service Apartment, I was delighted by the exceptional service provided by the team, particularly Christina. The attention to cleanliness throughout the property was impeccable. The presence of a supermarket downstairs was incredibly convenient. What stood out the most to me was the homey atmosphere, with many Japanese families residing there. The availability of a gym on the 25th floor was a nice touch. I also enjoyed the nearby Bun Cha restaurant and authentic coffee shop recommended by the staff. My experience was truly satisfying, and I am grateful for the wonderful hospitality at Lancaster Hanoi.
